Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Rifframe (the “Service”), a wireframe builder available at rifframe.app. By creating an account or using the editor, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Rifframe lets you compose website wireframes, from a single page to a multi-page site, by combining pre-built sections, optionally filling the copy with AI, and exporting the result as PNG, HTML, or JSON. Some features are free; some require a paid Pro subscription as described on the pricing page.

You need an account to save projects and to subscribe to Pro. Keep your sign-in credentials private; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older (or have parental consent) and provide accurate information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our section catalog programmatically beyond normal editor use.
• Resell access to the Service, share your account, or circumvent rate limits and feature gates.
• Use the AI features to produce copy that is misleading, deceptive, or that impersonates real people or brands.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

The projects, briefs, and copy you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and display them solely to operate the Service for you. We don't use your content to train AI models. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any text, brand names, or assets you input.

The wireframe section catalog itself (structure, code, styling) remains Rifframe's intellectual property. When you export a project, you receive a license to use the exported file for your own commercial or personal projects.

• Pro is billed monthly (9€/mo) or yearly (79€/year), VAT included, in advance. Prices are shown on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. You keep Pro access until then.
• 14-day refund: within 14 days of the first payment of a new subscription, email us for a no-questions-asked refund.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you. Stripe retries automatically over a few days. If retries fail, the account downgrades to Free.

Rifframe is a growing product. We may add, modify, or remove features. For material breaking changes that affect Pro subscribers, we'll notify by email at least 14 days in advance. For pricing changes, existing subscribers keep their current rate for at least the remainder of their period.

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that AI output will be accurate, complete, or fit for your purpose. You're responsible for reviewing what you export and use.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rifframe's total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost business, lost data) arising from your use of the Service.

You can close your account anytime by emailing hello@rifframe.app. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, except for billing records retained for legal accounting requirements.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that can't be settled amicably will be brought before the competent French courts, except where consumer protection law gives you a different forum.
